There will be an additional charge to remove make up. Please remove contacts lenses before your appointment. No low buns/ponytails. IF YOU ARE MISSING LASHES OR MORE LASHES THAN SPECIFIED IN YOUR BOOKED APPOINTMENT Please have reasonable expectations on the set you book! - No Extra People allowed inside during appointment time, ONLY the person receiving service, Absolutely No Children. - Please fill out a skin consultation form upon arrival if it is your first time being serviced, you have new medical condition or it has been more than 6 months. - There is a NON-REFUNDABLE security deposit of $30 or half the amount of the service if less than $30 due upon booking, this will go towards your service total. Your deposit is due immediately after you book, if not paid in 24 hrs your appointment will be cancelled. You can reschedule any appointment yourself no charge. Shortly after booking, you will receive a confirmation email and or text with your appointment details and location. !! MASKS ARE REQUIRED! If you are experiencing ANY COVID/Flu SYMPTOMS please do not come to your appointment. You have a 24 hour grace period to reschedule to a later date. PLEASE READ ENTIRE EMAIL. Payment - Remaining balance preference is CASH. If you must pay remaining balance by card at appointment, Service Fee below applies: • Cash app • Zelle ($0 Fee) • Venmo No refunds Please follow aftercare instructions. All clients are encouraged to purchase a shampoo kit while supplies last. This will increase retention tremendously by helping keep your lashes oil and dirt free. Please notify me within 24hrs of your appointment with any lash fall out issues. (Pictures required) Anything after 24 hours is out of my control. - Late Grace Period is 10 minutes. After 10 minutes your appointment will be CANCELLED and deposit forfeited. You will have the option of rescheduling with a new security deposit. - If you have to cancel please do so at least 24 hours in advance. (Same day/ Night before Cancellations of your appointment results in Full charge of service booked .) - NCNS (No Call No Show) and/or canceling at the start of agreed scheduled appointment will result in a full charge for service requested, no exceptions. Squeeze-in appointments are available for any service. Cancellation Policy
- If you have to cancel please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
- Less than 24 hours notice or Same Day Cancellations of your appointment results in 50% service charge
- NCNS (No Call No Show) and/or canceling at the start of agreed scheduled appointment will result in a full charge for service requested, no exceptions.
